To guarantee direct consultation quality, all booking allocations are completed offline by our reservation desk. The parameters below govern reservations holds.
1. Tour Package Deposits
When you confirm an itinerary outline offline, we lock hotel inventories and driver availability slots under the following payment brackets:
- Standard Bookings: A minimum deposit of 30% of total package cost is required to confirm hotel blocks.
- Luxury & Villa Bookings: A 50% deposit is mandatory to lock premium private pool villas or boutique retreats.
- Remaining Balance: The outstanding amount must be cleared 10 business days before travel starts.
2. Chauffeur Car Rental Holds
To allocate a specific car model (such as a Toyota Innova Crysta or Audi A6) and block the driver's calendar, the following rules apply:
- Local & Airport Transfers: 100% advance payment is required for dispatcher scheduling.
- Outstation Trips: A deposit matching the estimated daily driver charges + 1 day base fare is required to confirm the driver block.
3. Flight Seat Hold Policies
Unlike hotel rates, airlines do not allow extended holds without payment. Seat reservations are secured and ticketing is executed only upon receipt of 100% of the calculated airfare. Fluctuations in airfares prior to payment clearing are billed to the client's account.
4. Authorized Payment Pathways
We accept bank wire transfers (RTGS / NEFT / IMPS), corporate cheque clearances, and authorized credit cards via physical terminals or secure offline digital billing invoices. Our consultants will verify the payment credentials before dispatching your final booking voucher.
